Mr. Olson has twenty-six (26) years of combined experience in the surveying field. He has an extensive background in property record research, scheduling and supervising survey crews, property boundary resolution, preparing and supervising the preparation of boundary surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision final plats, and various types of engineering surveys to meet local, state and ALTA/ACSM standards. His responsibilities have ranged from an entry level position as a rodman to survey project manager. He became a Registered Land Surveyor in the state of Georgia in 1999 and Alabama in 2006. He currently owns and operates Dean Olson Land Surveying, P.C. located in Dallas, GA, which was opened in January 2001. Dean Olson Land Surveying, P.C. uses the latest in surveying technology for all survey projects including Trimble 4600 GPS Receivers, Topcon HiPer Lite RTK, Nikon DTM 522 Total Stations, Topcon AT-G6 Automatic Levels, Psion data collectors with C & G Field Plus software, AutoCAD with C & G Survey for AutoCAD.
